A piece of my country - Pizza Margherita

Hello everyone,
today I'm here with you to talk about my country, Italy,
and what is considered his true flag: Pizza Margherita.
Like the popular tradition says , in 1889, 28 years after the unification of Italy,
during a visit to Naples of Queen Margherita of Savoy,
chef Raffaele Esposito of Pizzeria Brandi and his wife created a pizza
that resembling the color of the Italian flag ,
red (tomato sauce), white (mozzarella) and green (basil).
They named it after The Queen - Pizza Margherita.
